Japanese head chef, Kato of Tokyo, came to Bangkok and spent years perfecting the glazes and sauces of yakiniku, each individual slice of meat is a testament to his creativity and craftsmanship. The Gyu Ichi experience is incredibly fun and hands-on. You do the grilling and you control the flavors of the sauces by adding garlic, chilies, and more to your liking. Spending time with a group of friends or family here is a must.
